At H2 Seating, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products.
Our warranties reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction:
- Lifetime Warranty: Steel and wood frames are covered for life against breakage for the original purchaser, as long as the original upholstery remains intact.
- 10-Year Warranty: Molded foam cushions are warranted against collapse. This does not cover normal softening or compaction.
- 5-Year Warranty: Recliner mechanisms and moving parts are covered against breakage. Minor noise or uneven swivel mechanisms are excluded.
- 2-Year Warranty:
- Power Components: Actuators and electronics.
- Upholstery: Leather is covered against tearing and cracking, and fabric is covered against seam slippage and fraying. Normal wear, fading, and natural markings are excluded.
- General Warranty: All other materials, parts, and workmanship are covered for 2 years.
Warranty Conditions:
- Proof of Purchase: To file a warranty claim, you must provide the original sales receipt or invoice to an authorized H2 Seating retailer.
- Authorized Repairs: Faults or damage resulting from repairs by unauthorized persons or the use of non-original parts are not covered.
- Batteries: Batteries are only warranted if used with H2 Seating products. The use of third-party batteries with H2 Seating products may void the entire warranty.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover floor samples or products sold “AS IS” at the time of purchase.
- Coverage Limitations: The warranty covers the cost and shipping of replacement parts. H2 Seating is not responsible for additional costs incurred during repairs, such as service or repair charges.
Proper Care:
Warranties are voided by improper care, misuse, or failure to perform regular maintenance (e.g., cleaning with approved products and tightening fasteners as necessary).
