RETURN POLICY

CUstom Order:

Custom order items are non-refundable. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

In Stock Items:

In-stock items can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they are still in new and unused packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

Bedding:

All bedding items, including pillows, mattress covers, duvets, and sheets, cannot be returned. These items are considered final sales due to hygiene reasons.

Clearance & Floor Model Items:

All clearance items and floor models are considered final sales and cannot be returned or refunded. Please carefully inspect these items before purchasing.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you return an eligible item, the original delivery fee will not be included in the refund amount.

Please note that all returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect returned items to determine their condition before processing a refund. If an item is returned in a state that does not meet our return policy criteria, we may refuse the return or apply a reduced refund amount.
